House Rules:

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Max. occupancy: 14
  • Minimum age limit for renters is 25 years old.
  • Pets not allowed.
  • Non-smoking only.

Additional information about rental rates

The house is available for long-term rental in the fall and winter. These dates should be reserved ahead of time, if possible, as we often have people interested in a week here or there in the off-season. Partial weeks are accepted September-March. Extreme low temperatures during winter months may determine rental availability.

Renters pay 1/2 of the total fee by check when they reserve the house. The balance is due two weeks before the date of arrival.

Owner’s Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by tenant:

  1. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
  2. Cancellation request must be written via email.
  3. If property is re-rented for the same time period, tenant receives advance rent payment back.
  4. If property is not re-rented for the same time period, tenant will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any advance rent payment.

Cancellation by Owner: The owners of Log-Inn reserve the right to cancel agreement at any time prior to tenant taking possession of the property. In such event, all payments made by tenant to the owners will be refunded, and the owners will not be liable for any damages of any sort incurred by tenant as a result of such cancellation. Cancellation by owner will be done only if the house cannot be occupied because of sudden unexpected problems with the property or weather related (hurricane) warnings.
